What the developer says
The character, enemy and town sprites and their animations were generated with PixelLab, and the backgrounds, portraits and music with Leonardo AI, then picked, edited, assembled and timed by hand into the game. Some story text and the store page were drafted with an AI assistant and edited by the developer. The sound effects come from free (CC0) sound libraries and were layered and timed by hand. No content is generated while you play. Some art and sound will be replaced with hand-made work during Early Access.

| AI judgment deepseek-flash | AI-heavy · AI scope: major · effort risk: mediumReasoningThe disclosure states most visible asset types (sprites, animations, backgrounds, portraits, music) were AI-generated, plus some story text. That covers several major asset types, so scope is major. The developer hand-picked, edited and timed assets and layered sound by hand, and has no volume-release pattern, so effort risk stays medium rather than high. Against: Developer describes substantial manual editing, assembly and timing, hand-layered sound effects, and plans to replace some art and sound with hand-made work during Early Access. |
