Production signals

Facts about who made the game and how players received it. They don't depend on AI, and they help tell a carefully made game that used some AI apart from mass-produced ones.

What the developer says

AI tools were used during development to help write the game's code (including the scripts that procedurally generate its sound effects and store art), to compose the soundtrack (melodies and arrangements written with AI assistance, rendered from our own scripts and an MIT-licensed instrument bank) and to translate its text into 10 languages. Game design, balance and visual direction are the developer's own, and all AI-assisted work was reviewed before being included. The game does not generate any AI content while you play.

Reasoning

Disclosure covers code, AI-assisted soundtrack composition and translation, which are supporting parts rather than the whole game. Design, balance and visual direction are stated as the developer's own, and no AI runs during play. Only one release in the last 12 months, so no volume-release signal.

Against: Soundtrack is a player-facing asset composed with AI assistance, which pushes scope above minor; the game is unreleased with no reviews yet.
