What the developer says
This game uses generative AI in the following ways: Music — tracks were built from AI-generated material, then edited and arranged by hand. Title artwork — an AI-generated rough was used as reference and redrawn by hand as pixel art. English localization — the English text was machine-translated and then reviewed and corrected by the developer. Code — The source code was written with generative AI, following the developer's design and direction. The in-game icons and pixel art (145 pieces), the UI images, the cigarette package illustrations, and the achievement icons were made by the developer by hand. The game design and the Japanese text (monologue and in-game descriptions) are also the developer's own. Sound effects come from the free sound libraries listed in the credits and from sounds synthesized by the game at runtime.

| AI judgment deepseek-flash | Partial AI · solid production, high confidenceReasoningDisclosure says music tracks started from AI material and code was written with generative AI, so some shipped content is AI-influenced. Art, UI, icons, and Japanese writing are stated as hand-made, and the developer edited and arranged the AI material. Only one release in 12 months, so no volume-release pattern. Against: Music and code are significant components, but both were directed or edited by hand; art and writing are developer-made. |
