What the developer says
All parts of the game are handmade except for the programming. To program the system architecture by hand would have taken me years (I've tried many iterations of this game in the past, so I'm speaking from hard earned experience) For me art is a conversation between the artist and the audience. No matter how long and detailed a prompt to an AI is it will never be able to perfectly create what the prompter imagines - this means that the communication between artist and audience is distorted by the AI in the middle. Programming has been moving towards natural language over many decades and using AI to program feels like part of that progression. I have very high standards for my work and I don't feel that AI is distorting my uncompromising vision for the game. I believe AI will bring so many bad things into the world, but I think there will be some good too... and I am trying my very best to ensure that this is one of them. This AI disclosure is not even required on Steam if AI is only used for programming, but I know that this is an extremely polarizing topic and I want to be respectful and fully transparent. Sorry for the long-winded explanation, but thank you so much for reading.
