What the developer says
For the draw-along song lyrics (each line tells you what to draw next), generative AI is used to brainstorm what each stroke's shape could be compared to. The developer then picks from those ideas and puts each song together so it actually works as a draw-along song. AI is used because, across 75 subjects, each song needs to be built from a wide range of words so that word choices overlap as little as possible. The English song lyrics, in-game text, and the English text on this store page were translated from Japanese with generative AI. The singing voices were created with singing voice synthesis software (VOICEVOX and Synthesizer V), and the developer checked each song one by one before adding it to the game. All of this content was created ahead of time — nothing is generated by AI while the game is running. [What we don't do] - No AI-generated images are used in the game's model drawings. Every drawing is made by the developer as lines from coordinate data - The game never connects to online AI services during play (the only network traffic is for online matches)

Drawings are hand-authored from coordinate data and nothing generates live. One release, 21 reviews at 80% positive, no volume signals. Against: Singing voices come from voice-synthesis software, which some players may count as AI-generated audio, and the developer reviews each song individually. |
