What the developer says
Some of the assets in Champions of Thaloria were created with the help of generative AI tools during development. This includes parts of the store page artwork and trailer, a portion of the in-game 2D art such as item icons, avatar frames and class emblems, and some of the music and sound effects. The Hungarian, German, Polish and Romanian translations were also made with the help of AI tools. Every AI-assisted asset was selected, edited and assembled by hand before it went into the game, and all of it was reviewed by the developer. The game does not generate anything while you play. No content is created at runtime and no AI service is contacted during gameplay — everything ships with the game.

| AI judgment deepseek-flash | Partial AI · solid production, medium confidenceReasoningThe disclosure lists AI involvement in several asset types, but most are supporting details rather than the whole game. The developer states assets were selected, edited and assembled by hand, and nothing is generated at runtime. No volume-release pattern: zero games in the last 12 months and this is their only title. Against: AI touches multiple asset categories including music and sound effects, which could push scope higher than 'parts'; the game is unreleased, so actual in-game proportions can't be verified. |
