What the developer says
Aquasushi Cat was created in collaboration between a human developer and AI tools. • Music and songs were generated locally using AI (ComfyUI). • Parts of the game's code — including the code that procedurally draws the hand-styled vector graphics — were written with the help of an AI assistant (Claude). • The in-game localization (English and Japanese) and store text were produced with AI assistance. • A small number of sound effects were AI-generated; most sounds were recorded by the developer. • The store capsule artwork was created with AI image generation (CapCut). All content was directed, reviewed and finalized by a human developer. No AI content is generated live during gameplay.

| AI judgment deepseek-flash | Partial AI · solid production, medium confidenceReasoningThe disclosure lists AI music, a few sound effects, localization, capsule art, and AI-assisted code, so some shipped assets are AI-made. Most sounds were recorded by the developer and a human directed and finalized everything, indicating real effort. Only one release in the past year, so no volume-release pattern. Against: AI touches several asset types (music, audio, text, art, code), which could push scope higher, but each is limited or supporting rather than core. |
