What the developer says
Some 3D models in Sound and Shoal were created with the help of AI-powered tools that generate 3D assets from reference images. The only inputs used were images we created ourselves and classical/public-domain artwork (e.g. very old paintings and etchings). No other content types — audio, narrative, writing, or localization — used generative AI. All AI-assisted models were reviewed, edited, and integrated by us, and we hold the appropriate rights to all input material.

| AI judgment deepseek-flash | Partial AI · solid production, medium confidenceReasoningThe disclosure states AI-assisted 3D models are part of the shipped game, so scope is parts, not none. Audio, writing, narrative and localization are declared human-made, and models were reviewed and edited. The developer has no recent release history, so no volume signal. Against: The game is unreleased with no reviews, and the developer has only one game, so effort and volume cannot be fully assessed. |
