I know AI in game development is a sensitive topic, so I want to be upfront: as a solo developer, I couldn't have brought this idea to life without it. Lanelord is still a passion project, designed by me. Every idea and every decision came from a human. Some icons and 3D assets were generated by scripts in Blender, GIMP and Python. AI helped write those scripts; I directed and approved every result. No AI image generators were used for anything in the game.
