What the developer says
Generative OpenAI tools were used during development to create and edit selected game illustrations, backgrounds, fictional-character portraits, document and assignment images, some marketing artwork, and to assist with portions of written content and localization. All generated material was reviewed, selected, edited, and integrated by the developer. Licensed archival photographs and credited source materials are identified separately in the in-game credits. Story narration and telephone conversations include pre-generated synthetic voice performances made with ElevenLabs eleven_multilingual_v2, using licensed default voices and original Voice Design voices. They were technically and linguistically reviewed before integration; no politician's voice is cloned or imitated. The game does not generate AI content during gameplay and does not connect to external AI services.

| AI judgment deepseek-flash | Major AI · mixed signals, high confidenceReasoningThe disclosure lists AI-generated art across several asset types, synthetic voice for narration and calls, and AI-assisted writing and localization. This covers most of what players see and hear, so scope is major. The developer has one game, no rapid release pattern, and describes review and editing, so effort risk stays medium. Against: Developer states all generated material was reviewed, selected, and edited; archival photos are licensed and credited; no live AI generation during play. |
