What the developer says
Between 2014 and 2024 I modeled and rendered the game's first 100 backgrounds in 3D. Rather than cut the second half of the story short, I used AI to generate the 100 brand new locations and to remaster the old renders, improving textures and lighting. Some of the game's cutscenes were also created with AI. The soundtrack builds on a dozen original tracks by Óscar Bravo and Juan Pablo de Miguel; the rest was generated with AI in their style. The characters' voices, in Spanish and English, are generated with AI (ElevenLabs). Translations into other languages are done with AI from the original Spanish text. The story, dialogue, puzzles and code are all my own work. The game does not generate anything with AI while you play.

| AI judgment deepseek-flash | Major AI · mixed signals, high confidenceReasoningThe disclosure states AI produced 100 new backgrounds, remastered old renders, some cutscenes, most soundtrack tracks, all voices, and translations. Human work covers the story, dialogue, puzzles, code, and 100 original 3D backgrounds. AI covers several major asset types, so scope is major, but the developer's own substantial work and no release-volume signals keep effort risk medium. Against: Story, dialogue, puzzles, and code are the developer's own; 100 backgrounds were hand-modeled over a decade, and no live AI generation occurs. |
