Production signals

Facts about who made the game and how players received it. They don't depend on AI, and they help tell a carefully made game that used some AI apart from mass-produced ones.

What the developer says

I put together the game's soundtrack using some AI tools to help with the initial ideas. They made it easy to quickly try out different melodies, beats, and sound effects, generating a bunch of variations in no time. From there, I went through everything by hand—tweaking, editing, and polishing until it all felt just right for the intense, quick matches. The AI was basically a time-saver that sped up brainstorming, but every final track was shaped and approved by me to nail that high-energy, competitive vibe. Some visual marketing assets on our store presence were created with generative AI and then manually edited/curated by our team. This includes certain store capsules and library images only.

Reasoning

The disclosure states AI assisted soundtrack brainstorming and some store marketing images, both then manually edited. In-game art and design appear human-made, and the developer has only one release, so no volume pattern. Curator note adds nothing beyond the disclosure.

Against: The developer describes substantial manual editing and approval of every final track, and AI visuals are limited to store assets, not in-game content.

“You can save time when preparing a meal by not washing your utensils and cookware but it doesn't mean it's worth the sacrifice to your product's quality. Game uses gen AI for audio and store assets.”
