Harrowlands incorporates pre-generated AI material as one part of its visual production process. Human artistic judgment guides the process from initial selection through editing, composition, integration, and final presentation. No generated visual output is included without being reviewed and worked on by the developer. Generative AI tools are also used to assist with translations of in-game text. The vast majority of Harrowlands is handcrafted. Its world, gameplay systems, creative vision, and artistic direction are the result of my own imagination, design, and development. Harrowlands is a personal creative work, built with care and a clear vision of the experience I want to create.
