What the developer says
AI was used to help create a portion of the art for the game that is difficult and time consuming starting from nothing. This art is of some of the characters and objects in the game that had their rough form generated using google Gemini. All of the AI images generated were modified to match my game's world, and were made to be distinct and original from any other creative works. for example, one of the characters has an image of a beetle shell placed over his face among other artistic design changes to the original AI generated body.

| AI judgment deepseek-flash | Partial AI · solid production, medium confidenceReasoningThe disclosure says AI helped generate rough forms for some characters and objects, which are in-game assets, so scope is parts rather than none. The developer describes substantial manual modification and original design changes, indicating real production effort. Only one game exists and it is unreleased, so no volume pattern. Against: The developer claims all AI images were heavily modified and made distinct, which limits how much raw AI content ships; no evidence of mass release cadence. |
