What the developer says
This project was initiated in September 2022. As part of an academic exploration of emerging technologies, AI image generation tools (which were still in the early stages of development at the time) were used to assist with the visual processing of certain content, and an AI music generation tool was used in the production of the background music. To avoid the misuse of generative AI tools, only the default datasets provided by the respective tools were used during development. The methods of use included: 1. Processing real photographs to create "alien" or "distorted" visual effects; 2. Using abstract images generated from provided keywords as references for manual redesign, reconstruction, and painting; 3. Generating atmospheric music clips by adjusting parameters such as instrumentation and tempo, followed by manual editing and refinement. All content involving artificial intelligence was completed before 2023. Since then, the use of AI image generation technology in development has been fully discontinued and will not continue in future production. For all AI-generated image assets used in this work, only usage rights are retained by the project.
