Some images in the game are created using generative AI, including splash images, capsule and marketing art, and character art. The images are generated using paid subscription to Midjourney. The image copyright belongs to Midjourney with Crystalline Green Ltd. licensing the images for commercial use. We are a small independent studio with limited budget, but we appreciate not everyone is comfortable with use of AI generated images in commercial games, so we understand if you would prefer not to play our game.
